We are a multi-faceted sports management consultancy. Established in 2019, our talent base comprises not only athletes, managers and coaches from Football, Golf, Basketball and Athletics but media personalities working in the world of sports and entertainment.
The Consilium team has unrivalled experience. Our executive board comprises of professionals from across the sporting and corporate worlds, supported by a trusted collective of commercially focused investors, affiliation partners and ambassadors all coordinated from our Edinburgh HQ.

Sports Advisory & Consultancy
We have considerable experience providing advisory and consulting services to elite sporting organisations, governing bodies and professional sports clubs of various disciplines across the globe.
Our commitments range from one-off fee based projects including acquisition, introductions and negotiations, to longer term retainer based services.
Concierge Service
Our dedicated Lifestyle and Advisory services are available to all talent and their families. The services provide everyday essentials, life’s little luxuries as well as thoughtful and trusted guidance.

Sports Travel
Our travel and events team provide assistance to professional sports teams in the organisation, preparation and execution of pre-season, mid-season and winter training camps.
Tailoring specific requirements to each individual club to enhance preparation, aid team building or sharpen skills for the final campaign challenge.
We also work with a number of amateur sports teams in the organisation of tournaments both domestic and international, including logistics, sponsorship and event management.
